What to do

Only LIVE empresas claim a RUT (#450): a sandbox empresa reserves nothing and is never refused here, so experimenting with a real RUT in test mode locks nobody out. Two live ones would make inbound alias routing ambiguous and quarantine documents for both accounts. If this is your company, contact support instead of creating a second empresa.

hint and retriable arrive in the response with these exact values: they are a function of code and come from the same dictionary GET /v1/error_codes serves, so the envelope and the dictionary cannot disagree.
