go_live_link_used

The go-live approval link was already used, or has been superseded by a newer one.

What to do

It is single use: the decision it carries has a tax consequence, so the link stops working the moment somebody makes it. GET .../onboarding reports the authorization; mint a new link to change it.

Program against code, never against message — the prose can be rewritten, the code cannot (§5.8).

hint and retriable arrive in the response with these exact values: they are a function of code and come from the same dictionary GET /v1/error_codes serves, so the envelope and the dictionary cannot disagree.
