A test-mode empresa has no Portal MIPYME account and no centralizado certificate at the SII for this clave to sign anything with.

What to do

Sandbox emission is mocked end to end. There is nothing to custody, and no CAF to register — test-mode folios come from a virtual range (§4.2) that the sandbox allocator refuses to draw from a real CAF.
