What to do

FACTURIA FILES IT (ruling 1 of the 2026-09-04 audit), with the certificate it holds in custody — which authenticates its HOLDER, the representante legal, and is the same mechanism that ran a whole boleta certification from code. What is owed is the titular's DECISION about when: postulating costs an empresa on the Sistema de Facturación Gratuito its «calidad de usuario activo» the moment the SII authorizes it, so the moment is theirs to choose. onboarding.steps[] carries the approval page for it; once approved we run it and the step moves without anybody logging in anywhere.

Retrying the same request will fail the same way. Change the request, not the frequency.

Program against code, never against message — the prose can be rewritten, the code cannot (§5.8).

hint and retriable arrive in the response with these exact values: they are a function of code and come from the same dictionary GET /v1/error_codes serves, so the envelope and the dictionary cannot disagree. Both are English on the wire by design — one registry, one language. More in The error envelope.
