A reference points at a document this empresa has not emitted through Facturia.

What to do

Check the tipo and folio. If the referenced document really was emitted elsewhere — a factura from a previous provider — send references[n].force: true for that entry. Non-DTE references (the 800 range) and non-numeric folios are never checked.

Program against code, never against message — the prose can be rewritten, the code cannot (§5.8).

hint and retriable arrive in the response with these exact values: they are a function of code and come from the same dictionary GET /v1/error_codes serves, so the envelope and the dictionary cannot disagree.
