A guía de despacho (52) on emission_channel=sfg carries a line priced at 0, or totals 0.

What to do

The SII portal validates its guía form with its factura validations, so it refuses a zero line whatever the traslado kind: «Precio del primer item del detalle debe ser mayor a 0 … Valor Total Factura debe igual a la suma del Monto neto + IVA y mayor que 0». Declare the goods’ value — a guía for an internal transfer still states what is being moved. On emission_channel=mercado a zero-amount guía is accepted, so this is a portal limit, not a Facturia one.

Program against code, never against message — the prose can be rewritten, the code cannot (§5.8).

hint and retriable arrive in the response with these exact values: they are a function of code and come from the same dictionary GET /v1/error_codes serves, so the envelope and the dictionary cannot disagree.
